Return and Exchange Policy

At Pies Before Guys your 100% satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority! If you do not absolutely love your new purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchased price by mail.

What can I return or exchange?
We’re sorry things didn’t work out! We will gladly refund or exchange all unwashed and unworn ticketed merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of your order date when accompanied by the original eReceipt listing the price paid.

We know you might be holiday shopping, so we have an altered policy during this season. Customers have until Sunday, January 6, 2019, to return or exchange merchandise purchased between Friday, November 23 and Wednesday, December 5, 2018.

Please note: Clearance items* are "final sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the merchandise was found to be defective.

*Clearance items in the sale section with the mention of 'final sale' in the product name.

How do I return my items?

To complete your return, we require original eReceipt or proof of purchase. To begin a return or exchange, please email the following information:

2. Details of requested exchange or reason for return

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send it to the address we provide to you via once you reach out for a return.

Once the returned item(s) are received your exchange will be processed or you will be provided with a full refund immediately.

* Pies Before Guys Shop is not responsible for stolen packages or "missing" packages once tracking says item(s) has been delivered. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address if the wrong address was entered at checkout and never corrected on customer's end.
